Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and any optional ingredients.
- Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze slices for up to 3 months. Reheat slices in a toaster oven or air fryer for a few minutes.
