- Gently fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips if using.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once baked, let cool in the pan on a wire rack, then cut into squares.
