  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or any preferred cheese.
  • 1 bag tater tots Frozen tater tots work best.
  • 1 medium onion, chopped Adds flavor to the beef mixture.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a greased baking dish.
  5. Arrange tater tots on top of the mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
