Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 16 ounces strawberry frosting (1 can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips (1 bag)
  • 1/4 cup red and white sprinkles (optional) Can be used for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the strawberry frosting and strawberry extract thoroughly until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips. Microwave at 50 percent power in 30-second intervals, stirring often, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir in the strawberry frosting mixture until evenly combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the red and white sprinkles and reserve some for the top.
  5. Line an 8x8 baking dish with wax paper.
  6. Pour the fudge batter into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  7. If you reserved sprinkles, sprinkle them on top and press in lightly.
  8. Place the dish in the refrigerator to set for about 1 hour.
  9. After setting, lift the fudge out using the wax paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, or freeze for up to three months.
