- Sprinkle the feta cheese and walnuts on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For meal prep, keep the dressing separate until ready to eat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Not suitable for freezing.
