  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine everything and heating through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Consider reducing honey for lower calories.
