Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3 pieces kiwi Use ripe kiwis that are slightly soft.
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes Halve or quarter if they are large.
  • 2 cups honeydew melon Choose sweet and firm honeydew.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be substituted with agave for a vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed lime juice is recommended.

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruit well under cold water.
  2. Peel the kiwi and cut it into small cubes.
  3. Halve or quarter grapes if they are large.
  4. Cut the honeydew into small cubes similar in size to the kiwi.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped green fruits.
  2. Drizzle with honey and lime juice to taste.
  3. Toss the fruit gently to mix, ensuring the fruit maintains its shape.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

This salad is best served cold or at room temperature. Garnish with thin lime slices or chopped mint for extra color and aroma. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, but do not freeze.
