Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix-ins
  • 1/4 cup green sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the green sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  2. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to five days. Add a slice of bread to keep them soft. For freezing, place baked cookies on a tray until firm, then transfer to a sealed bag for up to three months.
