  • 12 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened Can substitute with Greek yogurt or dairy-free options
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use cheddar for a different flavor
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Olive oil spray For greasing muffin tin

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with olive oil. Place each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin to form cups and press them down gently.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the artichoke dip filling into each wonton cup.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the wonton cups are golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be paired with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
