  • 2 cups Shredded chicken Cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce Adjust based on preferred spice level
  • 1 cup Cheese (your choice) Cheddar or pepper jack recommended

  • 2 tablespoons Butter For brushing on buns, optional
  • 1 cup Celery For serving as a side
  • 1 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing For serving as a dipping sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each slider bun with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Optionally, brush the slider buns with melted butter for extra flavor.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.

Notes

These sliders are customizable: adjust the heat of the buffalo sauce and choose your favorite cheese. Great served with sides like crispy potato wedges, fresh vegetable sticks, or a simple green salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 2 months.
