Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cream cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
Baking
