Ingredients
  

Juices and Soda
  • 2 cups pink lemonade Use store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups pineapple juice Chilled for best results
  • 2 cups white cranberry juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda Add just before serving for fizz
Fresh Fruit
  • to taste fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, oranges, lemons) Slice into bite-sized pieces
  • to taste optional sorbet For a creamy texture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice your fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine pink lemonade, pineapple juice, and white cranberry juice. Stir well.
  3. Cover the pitcher and chill the juice mix in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Just before serving, pour in lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
  2. Add fresh fruit to the pitcher or to each glass.
  3. For a decorative touch, add a scoop of sorbet to each glass.

Notes

Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge; consume within 2 to 3 days. Add more soda to each glass if desired after storing. Avoid freezing the punch with soda.
