- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan with a bit of oil or cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the streusel topping and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, sift together all dry ingredients for the batter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Gently combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour half the batter into the greased loaf pan, add half the streusel topping, then the remaining batter and streusel.
Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Glazing
- Prepare the brown butter glaze while the bread is cooling.
- Once the bread is cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.
Serving
- Slice and enjoy the pumpkin bread warm or at room temperature.
