Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all the ingredients listed above. If you are using frozen bananas, make sure they are ready.
  2. In a blender, combine the pomegranate seeds, banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt (if using). You can also add honey for extra sweetness.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Ensure there are no large bits of fruit left.
  4. Taste the mixture. If it needs more sweetness, add a little more honey and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl.
  6. Top your smoothie bowl with your favorite toppings. Sliced fruits, granola, nuts, and seeds all work well.
