Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider and caramel syrup.
- Add vanilla extract and ground cinnamon if using.
- Stir vigorously until the caramel syrup is completely dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the ginger beer and club soda, stirring gently.
- Fill each serving glass with ice cubes.
- Carefully pour the cocktail into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Garnish each glass with 2-3 thin apple slices and insert a cinnamon stick.
- Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
Notes
Store the base mixture in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add fizz ingredients right before serving for best results. Avoid freezing the cocktail to maintain texture and flavor.
