  • 4 slices Bacon Cut into small pieces

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with maple syrup until evenly coated.
  4. Cut the bacon into small pieces and sprinkle it over the carrots.
  5. Spread the carrot and bacon mixture on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the bacon is crispy.
