- Dice the mango, avocado, red capsicum pepper, red onion, and cucumber into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients.
- Add chopped coriander/cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and red chili flakes to taste.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
For optimal freshness, consume within 24 hours. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Do not freeze as avocado may brown and lose texture.
