Preparation

- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, shredded cheese, milk, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Baking
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the cooked macaroni and meat mixture.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
