  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Extra virgin olive oil is recommended.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation and Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir until heated through.

Assembly
