Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  4. In a greased baking dish, combine cooked beef, chopped bacon, cauliflower rice, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the egg mixture on top.
  5. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix everything in the baking dish until well combined and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Meal prep friendly. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Can freeze, thaw and reheat as needed. Add veggies like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrients.
