Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat to keep the dish lighter and healthier.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can be frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
