Cooking the Beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat to keep the dish lighter and healthier.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
