  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Low carb wraps or cabbage leaves

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, and sauté until tender.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto low carb wraps or cabbage leaves, roll them up, and serve.

Notes
