  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese Sliced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves Torn
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes evenly.
  2. In a large bowl, layer the cucumber slices, mozzarella, and tomatoes.
  3. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the salad.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes before serving.
