- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Add hot honey just before serving for best freshness.
