  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to drizzle Hot honey For drizzling
  • to sprinkle Paprika For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Add hot honey just before serving for best freshness.
