  • 1 package Cocktail sausages
  • 1 roll Puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash) Beaten for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry or crescent roll dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into strips.
  4. Wrap each cocktail sausage in a strip of dough.
  5. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  4. Garnish as desired and enjoy!

Notes

These snacks can be made ahead of time. Store wrapped sausages in the fridge before baking, or freeze them for longer storage. Serve warm for best taste and pair with a variety of dipping sauces.
