Preparation

Cooking

Assembly and Baking
- Grease a muffin tin or individual freezer-safe bowls with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Evenly pour the egg and veggie mixture into the muffin tin or bowls.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each bowl.
- Place the muffin tin or bowls in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg is set and golden on top.
Storage
- Let the baked bowls cool completely before transferring them to the freezer.
- When ready to enjoy, reheat a bowl in the microwave.
