  • 4 large tortillas Regular or whole grain for a healthier option.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain or flavored according to preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded Romaine or iceberg works well.
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes Fresh tomatoes recommended.
  • 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained Optional for additional fiber.
  • 1 avocado, sliced Can be substituted with guacamole.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for grilling To prevent the wraps from sticking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and layer the ingredients: chicken mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, and avocado.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom to create a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and grill until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Notes

These wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months. For a healthier alternative, try using whole grain or low-carb tortillas.
