Preparation
  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer the deli ham onto the tortillas, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Add lettuce leaves on top of the ham.
  5. Place 4 slices of cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Carefully roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other, using a bit of cream cheese on the edge to seal.
  7. Slice the rolled tortillas into 2-inch sections.
  8. Secure each wheel with toothpicks or reusable food picks.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Store in an airtight container for up to three days. For a healthier option, substitute with low-fat cheese or add more veggies.
