Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the mini pizza crusts on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crust using the back of a spoon or a spatula.
Creating Shapes
- For ghost-shaped pizzas, cut ghost shapes from the mozzarella cheese slices and place them over the sauce. Add small pieces of black olive for eyes.
- For mummy-style pizzas, layer strips of mozzarella cheese over the sauce in a criss-cross pattern, leaving some sauce visible, and place olive slices for eyes.
- For jack-o'-lantern pizzas, top the crusts with shredded cheese and arrange orange bell pepper slices to create pumpkin faces.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
- Once baked, carefully take the mini pizzas out of the oven, let them cool for a minute, and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover mini pizzas can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. For freezing, assemble and freeze unbaked pizzas, then wrap and store for up to 2 months.
