Frosting
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until peaks form.
- Add food coloring to the frosting and mix until desired shade is reached.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled sugar cookie bars.
- Decorate with Halloween sprinkles.
