Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Grease your muffin tin with butter or oil.
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth. Alternatively, whisk ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Stir in grated Gruyère cheese, diced ham, and chopped chives into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
Baking
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the mini Dutch babies are puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes before carefully removing.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or conventional oven to maintain fluffiness. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
