Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix and cold 2% milk until slightly thickened.
- Add the neon green gel food coloring and regular green food coloring, stirring until the color is even.
- Pour the green pudding mixture into the Oreo crust, spreading it out evenly and smoothing the top.
- Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 3 hours until fully set.
- Spread the Cool-Whip evenly over the top of the green pudding layer.
- Decorate with green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles on top.
- Optionally, add a large red heart sprinkle in the center of the pie.
