Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.75 cups water
Flavor Additions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For Serving
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and water, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Sprinkle in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder, mixing well.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Cut into strips and brush with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For meal prep, you can store cooled breadsticks in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven to keep them crisp. To freeze, flash-freeze for 1 hour and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
