Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
  • as needed Cooking oil for frying (such as avocado or vegetable oil)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine gluten free flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  3. Place gluten free breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Place cooked tenders on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider baking or air frying the tenders instead of frying them. Store cooked tenders in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or freeze them for longer storage.
