Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups grapes, halved
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
Honey Lime Dressing
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and blueberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended, as the texture will change.
