  • 2 large eggs As required by the brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup oil As required by the brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water As required by the brownie mix
Frosting Ingredients
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sifted for smoothness
  • 2 tablespoons butter Softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • food coloring For decoration
  • Easter-themed sprinkles or candy

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, adding eggs, oil, and water.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake for the recommended time.
  4. Once baked, let the brownies cool completely.
Frosting
  1. While the brownies are baking, make the frosting by combining powdered sugar, softened butter, and milk in a bowl.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Divide the frosting into separate bowls and add food coloring to create different colors.
Decoration
  1. Spread the colored frosting over the cooled brownies.
  2. Decorate with Easter-themed sprinkles or candy.
  3. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

To store, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. For freezing, cut into squares and freeze in a single layer for one hour before transferring to a freezer-safe bag. Thaw before serving.
