For the mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts Feel free to substitute with almonds, walnuts, or pecans for a nutty crunch.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows Essential for that chewy Rocky Road texture.

  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles Adds a joyful touch; choose sprinkles in red, green, and white for a holiday theme.

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by lining your muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
  3. Heat the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Once melted, let it cool for a minute before adding chopped peanuts, mini marshmallows, and red and green candy-coated chocolates.
  5. Stir everything together until all the ingredients are evenly coated in chocolate.
  6. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to fill each muffin liner with the chocolate mixture, pressing down gently.
  7. Sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top of each filled muffin liner and distribute evenly.
