Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with pastel sprinkles.
Serving
  1. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or strawberries for dipping.

Notes

For a firmer dip, chill for 30 minutes before serving. If using cool whip, fold gently to maintain lightness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Freezing is not recommended.
