Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Use a spatula or your hands to ensure everything is combined.
- Shape the mixture into one large ball or several mini balls. If you make mini balls, they are easier to serve and grab.
- Roll the cheese ball(s) in chopped nuts to coat. This adds texture and flavor and makes it look festive.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serving
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. The cheese ball pairs wonderfully with crunchy items.
Notes
Wrap tightly for storage. It stays fresh for about a week in the refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
