Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz Spaghetti Regular or whole wheat spaghetti can be used.
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 6 slices Bacon Can use plant-based bacon for a vegan version.
  • 1 cup Guacamole Stirred before serving.
  • 1 cup Pizza puffs Prepare according to package instructions.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced into thin rounds.
  • 1 cup Mango salsa For serving and dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
Mixing and Serving
  1. In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, bacon bits, and sriracha. Toss well to coat spaghetti.
  2. Prepare toppings: stir guacamole and slice cucumber.
  3. To serve, place the spaghetti on a plate, top with guacamole, and sprinkle cucumber on the side. Serve with pizza puffs and mango salsa.

Notes

This dish is ideal when served warm but can also be at room temperature. For a better experience, provide extra sriracha and guacamole on the side.
