- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to the pot.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- If needed, add reserved pasta water for moisture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For meal prep, this dish is great to make ahead of time. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for extra flavor before serving.
