  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt Reduce salt for a healthier version.
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can be swapped for avocado oil.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide into portions and roll out each into a flat shape.
Cooking
  1. Cook on a hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

Notes

Store flatbreads in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze with parchment between each piece for up to 3 months.
