Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Soften the cream cheese before mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrot Grate finely to blend well.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Coating and Serving
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans (for coating) Use any preferred nuts.
  • Serving crackers or vegetable sticks For serving alongside the cheese ball.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, grated carrot, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts until fully coated.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
  5. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Store in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Freezing is possible but may alter the texture.
