  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • Butter for greasing the pan
Decoration Ingredients
  • Green colored coconut flakes
  • Candy eggs for decoration
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt cake pan with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Decoration
  1. Once cooled, place the cake on a serving platter.
  2. Cover the top with green colored coconut flakes to resemble grass and decorate with candy eggs.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This cake can be made a day in advance and holds up well for gatherings.
