Ingredients
  

Deviled Eggs
  • 12 large eggs Boiled and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise For mixing with egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp mustard For flavor
  • to taste spices Salt, pepper, paprika, or any preferred spices
Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 16 oz mushrooms Stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese For stuffing
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • to taste herbs Thyme, parsley, or other preferred herbs
Caprese Skewers
  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes For skewering
  • 8 oz mozzarella balls For skewering
  • 1 bunch fresh basil For skewering
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze For drizzling
Mini Quiches
  • 6 large eggs For mixture
  • 1/2 cup cream For mixture
  • 1 cup cheese Shredded, any variety
  • to taste fillings Ham, spinach, or your choice
Vegetable Platter
  • tbd fresh vegetables Assorted, for dipping
  • 1 cup dip Your favorite variety
Baked Brie
  • 1 wheel brie For baking
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves For topping
  • as needed crackers or bread For serving
Shrimp Cocktail
  • 1 lb shrimp Boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup cocktail sauce For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare deviled eggs by boiling eggs, cutting them in half, and mixing the yolks with mayo, mustard, and spices. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  2. For stuffed mushrooms, remove the stems, fill them with a mixture of cream cheese, garlic, and herbs, and bake until golden.
  3. Assemble caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.
  4. Make mini quiches by whisking eggs, cream, cheese, and fillings of your choice, then bake the mix in muffin tins.
  5. Arrange a vegetable platter with fresh cut veggies and your favorite dip.
  6. Bake brie and serve with fruit preserves on top, alongside crackers or bread.
  7. Prepare shrimp cocktail by boiling shrimp and serving it with cocktail sauce.

Notes

Appetizers can be prepared a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Deviled eggs can last for up to 2 days. Leftover stuffed mushrooms and mini quiches should be enjoyed within 3 days. Shrimp cocktail lasts for 1-2 days. For freezing, baked brie and mini quiches can last a month when wrapped tightly.
