  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Frozen or thawed
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce Use gluten-free if necessary
  • 2 cups rice or noodles For serving
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup green onions Sliced, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir to coat in sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
