  • 1/4 whole red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine diced cucumbers, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Best served fresh; store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Prepare dressing separately for optimal freshness. Freezing is not recommended.
