Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until combined.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly cracked.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
