Cream Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Cream Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Combining and Serving
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
