  • 1 cup broccoli florets Fresh or frozen broccoli can be used.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Low-sodium broth is recommended.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Low-fat sour cream can be substituted.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken and broccoli florets.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
